For our digipak we have considered creating a 6 pain digipak and a 4 pain. We have decided to choose to create a 4 pain digipak. We have chosen this as we want all of our pains to have an impact so the less pains the more effective it will be.
On the front cover we are going to include the title of the single and name of the artist. We also would like to include an image of our main character in our video to link the video to the visuals.
We are not going to include the actual artists on the front of the cover as it follows the metanarrative of the incoherent band image. Rather than selling themselves as an artist they promote their music.
We are going to experiment with creating a very enegetic and colourful digipak and also a more emotive and atmospheric digipak. We will create some mock ups and then decide what we think visually looks best.

Initial Ideas:
-We want to use Kaleidoscopes on the CD part of the digi pak.
- We have previously analysed a Hozier digi pak:
We like the technique of removing his face and replacing it with another image.
-Screenshots from Rooftop:
- Use animation layers
- Grafitti
- Gold
- Key props - Glitter, Gold bracelet
How will the print products link with the video to give a cohesive band image?
>We would use the same colour grading as in the video
>We may include our main character
>We may include some of the key props on the advertisement
>We may use images of graffiti like in our video
>We may include screenshots from our video
