Evaluation
Since first completing my mood board I have improved it. At first there weren't enough images and they were mostly of album covers. So I added some screenshots of different music videos and ideas for make up etc.Inspiration
-From our moodboards I have thought of many possible ideas which we could take forward and potentially use in our music video. Firstly and most importantly our mood boards have confirmed the idea that we would like to use the genre dance music for our video.
- It has also made us think about location and a couple of ideas that I have thought of is a rooftop or a warehouse. These areas would be very effective and big locations where we could easily manoeuvre a camera.
-When looking at lighting, low key at the start of videos is very effective and it means that as the song builds up so does the lighting.
-When looking at colour grading a lot of dance music videos appear to be quite bright and saturated. I think this would make our video more eye-catching and rememberable.
-We have also thought about doing bold make-up using glitter and bright colours. This will be bold and stand out in our video.
-We have also considered using props, such as confetti, sparklers, smoke, glitter and paint.
-For characters we would like to include a main male character, and a female dancer.
