L.P: Moodboard Evaluation and Inspirations

These mood boards have allowed me to think about costumes we would include in our music video, for example if we choose the SBTRKT song "New Dorp New York" then we would use masks as this is an iconic image for them- they always wear masks when playing their live gigs an also their album covers have south African masks. Whereas if we did the Bondax "Gold" Snakehips remix, then we would use gold glitter on the characters faces. Also lyrics are going to be important, and the mood boards have helped us establish this, the Disclosure "Help me lose my Mind" feat. London Grammar would feature the lead character supposedly 'losing their mind', with animations around their head- the Bombay bicycle Club video to the song "Carry Me" has inspired me to do animations in the video.
